 A very special floor hockey team is heading over the Rockies to represent Richmond and B.C. next week. The Richmond Avalanche Special Olympics team will be flying the provincial flag at the Special Olympics Canada in St. Albert, Alb. from Feb. 28 until March 4. .........

Menu: Carved Turkey, pasta, sauteed vegetables, assortment of salads, dessert, juice, coffee, and tea. Main Event: Music and Dancing!!! Tickets: - Registered Athletes and Volunteers - $8.00

Richmond Special Olympics is pleased to invite you to our Spring Soccer Tournament. This event is open to
Division A, B, C. Trophies will be awarded in each Division. The tournament takes place on North America’s
largest continuous artificial playing surface - so the tournament goes rain or shine!!
We will provide a lunch and some snacks, please bring additional snacks and water with you.
Date: June 12, 2011
Time: Team arrives 07:00am – 07:30am, please bring a tent to protect the athletes.
Head Coaches meeting at 7:45am sharp.
First seeding games starts at 08:00am sharp.
All games and awards will be completed by 06:00pm
Place: Hugh Boyd Community Park
